Join our qualified instructor Gary who will
safely instruct you on how to use the kettlebell to work out with a manageable weight to achieve your fitness goals.

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic movements which will improve your fitness, strength, balance, agility and endurance. The class is an enjoyable and effective way to burn calories and have fun working out with others.



What do I need?
Kettlebells are provided, so you only need to bring water and a towel.
