BEGINNERS BJJ COURSE

About the class?

Learn the world's most effective self defence martial art. 
We have designed a 10 week course that will take you through the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu alongside other beginners.

 

For ages 16+

What do I need?

You will require a Gi which is included in the price of the course. The course will cost £100 if you already have a Gi.

You will also need to bring water and a towel.
