BEGINNERS MMA COURSE

About the class?

If you’ve always wanted to try MMA then our 10 week beginners course is designed to take you step by step through the main elements of Mixed Martial Arts. Most people are very apprehensive about getting started in Mixed Martial Arts so the main objectives of the beginners course is to help new members feel comfortable getting involved. By the end of the course you will have a whole range of knowledge and skills that will make you feel comfortable joining in with any of our other MMA classes that we run throughout the week.

 

For ages 16+


What do I need?
Gloves can be provided but you can bring your own, you need to bring water and a towel.

Please ensure you are wearing appropriate clothing for working out.
